The Howa HCR Chassis rifle is an exceptional factory build.
This is the chassis-only, purchased by Stocky's® directly from Howa's OEM supplier.
Any Howa 1500 or Weatherby Vanguard barreled action will drop right in and accept AICS magazines.
The grip is included.
Uses your mil-spec buffer tube and any appropriate AR buttstock you like.
