We are shipping your orders and they are picking them up right on schedule so they will arrive as soon as the carrier you selected can deliver them.

We don't mess with shipping around here ... your purchase will usually ship the same / next business day following cleared payment! We ship to your PayPal Confirmed Address or the address your credit card is billed to if possible, for everyone's protection. If your address is wrong in PayPal, please take a moment to fix it ASAP. If you have an unusually different ship-to (like to a gunsmith in Deluth and your credit card bill is sent to Chicago), please phone in your order for everyones protection.
Shipping & Handling - Pricing:
Frankly, we are fully aware of the fact that most sellers just throw it in whatever's handy, wrap it in old newspapers (if at all) and toss it in the nearest drop slot to save costs. However, hidden damage on a gunstock can be a dangerous thing, not to mention the hassle you can expect when attempting to get a replacement. Like I said, you get what you pay for.
Not Stocky. All items are automatically shipped insured. Every item that comes through is treated as if it was yours even before you bought it throughout the entire process. Incoming shipments are inspected immediately so the likelihood of a damaged / defective item getting listed is remote. Why do you think we have more 'scratch & dents' listed than most retailers? These are items most would unwittinmgly ship to you as new!
Once purchased it is inspected again, many times we open several and send you the nicest one. It is then repackaged in our own materials if necessary (yes, to meet our quality standards most of the time it is necessary), label printed and shipped. The result?
Our return rate is like 1/3 of 1%!!!
Ever try to get paid on a freight claim? We just think you don't need the hassle, all you want is the item you purchased in the same condition you purchased it in so you can enjoy it immediately. In the unlikely event of freight damage, IF YOU SELECTED UPS, we take the bull by the horns for you, file the claim, and usually ship the replacement as soon as we can verify that the damaged item is on its way back to us. Ask the other retailers if that's how they operate!

- Every item is inspected prior to packing;
- Re-wrapped in our own proven-safe packing materials.
Here's what you need to know:
UPS = United Parcel Service; USPS = U.S. Postal Service
Simply stated, USPS has lost several stocks on us. USPS requires 10-14 days to go by before running a tracer, UPS does not. Their reps sum it up best in a couple of recent encounters; "Nothing we can do, haven't you ever heard the phrase 'lost in the mail,' buddy?" and "... that crack is not bad enough for us to approve it ... all we can do is send it to St. Louis and see if they will approve the claim. They'll give you a decision about 30 days after they recieve it." We replace all damaged UPS stocks once the claim has been verified. You are on your own if you select U.S. Mail, sorry.

- Standard Delivery runs 3-5 business days on average;
If you have ever used this service you know that overnight is not always overnight, usually 2 day coast to coast. Please do not blame us, we'll give it to the shipper on time but do not drive the truck to your door.
Tracking & Delays:
Tracking numbers are emailed automatically by UPS (check your spam folder) and may also be found attached to the transaction in Your Account screens on this site or in your "PayPal Payment Details" screens. Simply log-in, click on the tracking number in the appropriate order and details will be imported instantly from UPS. We use UPS Quantum Shipping so that will be the subject line on UPS emails.
USPS tracking numbers are useless, they only show "Label Printed" or "Delivered". We've found the postal clerks generally little help either as they will claim they never received the package right up to the day it's delivered. USPS insurance is equally worthless. They require the damaged item be shipped to St. Louis for evaluation if the postal clerk T.D.'s the claim. UPS, on the other hand, sends an inspector out then ships the stock back to us. A check usually follows a few days later.
With this in mind, we "ain't sending no" stocks to St. Louis for evaluation. If you want a USPS shipment we'll do it but you're on your own once they have it, sorry. (Only First Class Mail is good, but there's a 13 oz. limit). Face it, there's a reason UPS is in business.
PayPal payments funded with your checking account and personal checks may delay your order as it takes a few days for funds to clear. Log in to your PayPal Account for details / anticipated clearing times.
We obviously have no control over the package once we give it to the shipping company. If there is a delay please call the shipper immediately with your tracking number. 1-800-PICK UPS. Most times it's an erroneous address problem and they are happy to finally get directions from you.
Warning - Export and Import Restrictions
Export from the United States of certain products is strictly prohibited without a valid export license issued by the U.S. Department of State, in accordance with the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (“ITAR”) (22C.F.R. 120-130), or a valid export license issued by the U.S. Department of Commerce, in accordance with the Export Administration Regulations (“EAR”) (15 C.F.R. 730-774). Furthermore, United States law prohibits the sale, transfer or export of items to certain restricted parties,destinations, and embargoed countries, as identified on lists maintained by the U.S. Department of State, the U.S. Department of Commerce, and the U.S. Department of Treasury. It is your responsibility to be aware of these lists and the items identified thereon. You certify, by proceeding with this or any transaction with us, that you will not engage in any unauthorized transaction involving the export of products to any restricted parties or destinations. You further certify, by proceeding with any transaction to purchase any items, that you will comply with all requirements imposed by all applicable laws, regulations and administrative policies. Stocky's reserves the right to inquire into the end user, end use, and country of ultimate destination of any product that it sells to you or anyone else.
