These are the parts needed to convert your standard Savage bolt action rimfire to our Revolution thumbhole. Choose from the standard or magnum magazine plate, choice of silver or black.
LOOK AT YOUR EXISTING MAGAZINE PLATE TO SEE WHAT SHAPE THE HOLE IS, TRIANGULAR (TRAPEZIODAL) OR SQUARE, BEFORE ORDERING.
2 pc set includes one triggerguard and one magazine plate. You may need new screws also. We have ordered screws from Savage several different times and cannot come up with a simple solution so you'll have to get screws yourself, if necessary, from the hardware store (file-to-length) or from Savage Parts directly. We can only do so much and Savage changes things way too often for us to carry the variety of screws necessary to fit every rifle they make in their rimfire lineup (almost every model takes different screws as far as I can tell).
Just to make it more difficult for everyone, Savage has decided that the MARK II Standard 'E' Receiver (.22 LR) magazine plate should be cut slightly different that the magazine plates we've been using for the last 2 years, so be sure you order the right one for your rifle.
