The American standard 1" scope tube is not only more cost-effective than the larger 30mm models, but it also has several other advantages with few, if any drawbacks for the long-range hunter.

Marksman	LR Dot	10× ½ MIL DOT (Center Dot)

• The Marksman reticle takes advantage of the shared ballistic profile of the popular .223 and .308 varmint and big game rounds to deliver out-of-the-box accuracy in a 700 yard reticle. It is also very useful for flatter-shooting cartridges when used in conjunction with the Hawke BRC Software.
• The LR Dot reticle was developed around a typical centrefire trajectory, like the .308 Winchester round, which is popular around the world for shooting fairly large game. It also suits some of the faster bullets that might be used for hunting deer, elk and similar quarry
• 10X ½ Mil Dot Reticle has accurate mil spacing on 10x. Features dots and ties at half mil spacing, ensuring that there is always an aim point available. Glass etched fully floating reticle. One of the additional benefits of the 10x Half Mil Dot is the mil spacing and 0.2 mil spacing segments of the hollow bars which can be used to accurately range find targets.
