Details
Years of personal civilian and military long range shooting experience lies behind the design of this stock. The GRS Hybrid Stock is a monster, capable of handling the biggest and baddest barreled action you care to sit behind.
The design is derived from the long range stock, with the same grip and SpeedLock system. The butt has a surface specially made for shooting with a bag, this is the preferred method for extended ranges. The forend is 2" longer than the sporter/varmint style stock and has a flat bottom for supporting against bags or rests. The longer forend also provides a better mounting position for bipods and aids in balancing long and heavy barrels. The forend has one quick detachable slingmount (flush cup) and one sling mount for using a Harris style bipod is provided as standard. The stock is predrilled for the VersaPod spigot (installation required). The buttstock also has a QD slingmount (flush cup).

Stocky's Take: I've been threatening to carry these stocks for a while now and we finally put the deal together at the 2016 S.H.O.T. Show. They are outstanding stocks and I would heartily recommend them to for the finest rifles in the world ranging from off-the-shelf factory models all the way through the most expensive custom jobs. Since they are laminates they're going to run right around three pounds and are real recoil-tamers due not only to the weight but also the ergonomic design. These are some of the most comfortable, easy-to-shoot gunstocks available in the world today!
They only come in a barrel channel I would call "pretty damn wide" and are designed for an extreme free-floating barrel situation. Since I assume a lot of guys would like to drop-in their factory sporters, I've uploaded the factory photo so configured, they look and shoot great with sporters as well as the heaviest varmint and full-bull target rigs.
