GRS Fully Adjustable Safari Remington 700™ Stock

Be the first to review this product

Rifles from 375H&H and up needs a strong and functional platform. The GRS Safari is designed for shooting with open sight or low mounted riflescopes - and specifically with dangerous game hunting in mind. Stocky himself routinely shoots rifles in 375H&H, .416 Rigby, 458 Lott as well as the long range 338 Lapua - so he knows what recoil demands from stocks. These stocks will take it.

The stocks are made from laminated wood, with a 1" Limbsaver recoil pad which dampens the recoil very well. Flush cup slingmounts and quick detachable 3/4" sling loop is delivered with the stock as standard.

Stocky's Take: I've been threatening to carry these stocks for a while now and we finally put the deal together at the 2016 S.H.O.T. Show. They are outstanding stocks and I would heartily recommend them to for the finest rifles in the world ranging from off-the-shelf factory models all the way through the most expensive custom jobs. Since they are laminates they're going to run right around three pounds and are real recoil-tamers due not only to the weight but also the ergonomic design. These are some of the most comfortable, easy-to-shoot gunstocks available in the world today!

They only come in a barrel channel I would call "pretty damn wide" and are designed for an extreme free-floating barrel situation. Since I assume a lot of guys would like to drop-in their factory sporters, I've uploaded the factory photo so configured, they look and shoot great with sporters as well as the heaviest varmint and full-bull target rigs.

It's no secret how much I still like wood stocks and these are some of the finest in the business. I'm pretty sure once you try them you, like I, will be a believer. Please do check them out for your next build!
