Obviously, we cannot keep them all on hand simultaneously all the time, so what we try to do is anticipate your needs by considering things like popularity, seasonality, past trends, etc. and keep multiples of items in stock in the options and colors you and your friends are demanding. We also keep hundreds of models on "perpetual" order with the manufacturer, we call it Open Purchase Order, so that if we happen to be out it will be back in stock and shipped to those waiting for them as soon as the manufacturer produces them, in precisely the order they were pre-purchased. Many times we even re-route one directly to your address from the factory to save you time! Only when those pre-paid orders are filled do the remaining items show up on the site. It's only fair, first come - first served.

We are often commended by our customers for the management of our inventory, as well as the straight-forward way we organize our website: If it is not listed with a green In Stock tag on the site, you may want to call us, but usually it's not. The alternative is to force our customers to wade through page after page with crummy little pictures looking through all the extraneous items for that one make / model / inlet / color you want that is in stock. Sound ridiculous? Some sites do exactly that!

Bottom Line - if you want it - order it now! If you are waiting for the green "In Stock" tag to light up on the site before purchasing, there's a good chance many orders are getting filled while you are waiting.

Custom Orders Are Non-Cancellable! There is a lot to be said for personalization and, with so many choices available hardly a day goes by we don't get a special order. All we ask is that you be sure of your choices, please do not ask us to take it back or cancel the order.
