Avoids damage to screws, floorplate and stock that can happen so easily with regular slotted screw heads if screwdriver slips.
SPECS: Blued steel. Length varies. All models incl. set of 3 screws, except Mauser and 700 BDL Silver (pair). Ruger 77 TS (Old Tang Safety Version)units are slotted only.
