We are using the Ruger Target chambers beacuse they are slightly longer than the Bentz and therefore will take any garden variety .22 ammo as well as the match stuff - Bentz only takes match. Only thing you cannot shoot is the Stinger-type ammo with the longer cases. We have shot dozens of 1/2" groups with these barrels during testing and are confident you can too. We are using the least bullet-damaging rifling we can - the famous micro-groove, 1-16" twist; we went with a recessed flat target crown as it's very accurate and relatively hard to damage under everyday use.
