Completely finished with carved cheekpiece.
Now available with or without laser checkering.

Includes a premium recoil pad (the best recoil-absorbing pad on the market today) and 3 sling swivel studs. 
This stock is a synthesis of all the fast-handling and easy-to-carry design elements found in the most elegant examples of the Classic Style. The slender, somewhat open grip is well defined, but does not extend too far below the toe line. The comb is parallel to the bore, which aids scope use, and because of its straight-line design, minimizes cheek slap under recoil. Additional facial support is provided by a graceful cheekpiece that blends perfectly with the overall shape of the buttstock. The forend is flat-oval in cross-section, and proportioned to complement barrels of 18"-26” in length.

It's widely held that laminated stocks create the best combination of wood-like beauty, balance, durability and accuracy of all gunstocks available. However it is not well known why: When a laminated blank is made, the color-dyed hardwood sheets are compressed in synthetic resin, permanately bonded under thousands of pounds of pressure. This process completely impregnates the wood pores with a transparent synthetic material. This means that these stocks have all of the advantages of plastic stocks without the dull look, feel and muzzle-heavy balance of an injection-mold or fiberglass unit. Perhaps most importantly, they are far more silent in the woods ... no game-spooking "tink-tink" sound when accidently tapped by a limb or neck-slung game call in the field.

The Laminated Classic is available in a wide range of inlettings to accommodate most barreled actions with factory barrel contours. They can be easily glass bedded with or without pillars.

Please do not settle for that cheap imported junk. I have been in the wood business for over 20 years and can tell you some real horror stories. 

Insist on a Stocky's laminate, not one of the lesser quality imitations that claim they are 'as good.' Only our stocks have a proprietary hand rubbed finish, upgraded studs and a nice recoil pad not a cheap buttpad. As if this wasn't enough, we have hundreds of examples of stocks in our warehouse with  finishes that have yellowed and cracked over the years, all purporting a so-called 'factory' savings to their purchasers. A couple years later turns out they aren't such a great deal after all. Be sure to use our time-tested quality.
