Kindly do write the number on the outside of the box, placing a copy of your paperwork in the box with the item so we know where it came from. Please be considerate and pack it well. We do our absolute best to get custom orders here quickly however they cannot be cancelled because, once the order has been placed with the manufacturer they do not allow us to cancel it even if it is going to be delayed. Please bear this in mind when you order it, all we can do is our best to get the finest here the fastest (and we are really good at it) however life does happen. We have 1000's os stocks on hand but if you are willing to wait for a special color or hard to get model we'll get it as fast as we can. Due to the nature of our pastime many of the items we sell are designed to be altered, modified or otherwise customized. We are even happy to work with you and suggest such modifications. However, once you begin to make them be aware your stock is now yours. Unauthorized returns, damaged items, or items that have been altered from their original state are not eligible for refunds or exchanges for obvious reasons. Manufacturer(s) Warranty: Some products we sell are covered by a manufacturer's warranty that requires items to be sent directly to the manufacturer for replacement or repair. Manufacturer warranties when received with the product, will override our own. Outside of our 10 day exchange period Manufacturers' Warranty applies. Please contact us for more information or details on submitting a claim. Custom orders must be returned to the factory for service.Backorders / Custom Orders. When your order is placed your card is charged and the item is committed to you immediately in our software if it is already on order at the factory, or an order for it is placed with your name on it at the factory if not. These orders are almost impossible to cancel, hence our no-cancellation policy. Many times we even have it shipped directly from the factory if possible so you won't have to wait an added week or two like most retailers. Bell & Carlson Synthetics: Custom orders run a reliable 8 weeks. Add a week or two for MaxxGuard and custom features like magnum reinforcement and length adjustment. We keep the best sellers (Rem 700, Weatherby, Savage, Medalists and Carbelites) on perpetual order in the textured black and spiderweb finishes in an effort to keep your wait at the short end of that, but we'd rather be heros than villans so plan on the worst and we'll do our best to suprize you. Boyds' Laminated Stocks: If it's not in stock plan on a 12 week wait at a minimum. Unless it's for a Ruger 10/22 do not backorder one if you have anything like a deadline as it could be 6 months or even longer. Better yet, just keep checking back until you see them in-stock and ready to ship. Small Parts and Supplies: We generally keep good stock on hand but the worst-case is a week or two if backordered.
